The Mt. Antero Travel Trailer is a 25’ Starcraft Hybrid Travel Trailer.  It has two queen beds on either end that fold out when parked and have a canvas roof. We’ve made the beds more comfortable by adding a 4 inch foam topper. The hybrid model gives you 2 queen beds and a more spacious living area.  There’s a kitchen, dinette, couch and bathroom.  The dinette and couch can convert to beds. This unit has lots of storage/heat/AC. The rate is based on 4 people and the maximum number of people in this unit is 6. 5th and 6th person will be charged a nightly “extra person” amount of $5 per person/per night.  Rates: $140.00 per night plus tax & processing fees with a $250.00 refundable cleaning/security deposit required in lieu of a non-refundable cleaning fee. We ask guests to put all used sheets and towels in a pile on the floor, put all trash in on of the dumpsters not he property and wash all dirty dishes (you can leave them in the drying rack for us to put away), to avoid a $75 cleaning fee being deducted from the deposit. We charge a nightly pet fee of $20 and additional refundable pet security deposit of $250.

Our Mt Yale Travel Trailer is our most high end rental. It is a 30′ Coleman trailer and has a queen bedroom, bathroom, convertible dinette and couch as well as two additional reclining chairs and a fireplace. There is extra pantry storage behind the fireplace and it rents with all bedding and kitchen supplies included. There’s a picnic table, gas grill and fire pit at the site. This rental sleeps up to 4 people. If you are a family with 3 children, please call to inquire about having 5 people in the camper. No more than 4 adults for any reason. Princeton Travel Trailer is a 30′ Rockwood Travel Trailer.  It has one queen bedroom, twin bunks, a sleeper sofa and the dinette can convert into a bed.  The queen bedroom has a Dr Choice mattress and the twin bunk mattresses are heated. 3-4 inch foam toppers are available to use with the dinette and sleeper sofa for a more comfortable nights sleep. There is a kitchen, couch, dining table that seats 4 and a bathroom.
