Monarch Spur RV Park and Campground Rules

Welcome to our campground.  For everyone’s safety and enjoyment please observe the following rules and regulations.  We appreciate your help in keeping our facility clean, neat and free from damage.

Afterhours needs- Ring the Doorbell at the office, or follow emergency notice posted on the door.  After Hours Emergency Contact Number 719-530-0341 (Emergency Use Only)

All guests must follow the rules and regulations of the park.  Any situation not directly covered by the rules but deemed unsafe by a staff member will be addressed.  Decisions of any staff member are final pertaining to noise, campfires and other infringements of the campground rules or unsafe acts/conditions.  Disrespect of authority, property or other guests is grounds for camper removal. Monarch Spur RV Park and Campground reserves the right to amend rules at any time.

If you need to cancel your reservation, please call the park office during business hours.  We try to check our Emails on a regular basis but we can’t guarantee Emailed cancellations will be processed in a timely manner.  Guests that decide to leave early for whatever reason will forfeit payment for remainder of stay.  Reservation cannot be sold or transferred.

SPEED LIMIT 5 MPH. Children, chipmunks, and other pedestrians have the right-of-way. We take the 5 MPH speed limit very seriously, RVs are often right to the edge of the road and it only takes a second for a child, chipmunk, dog or other pedestrian to run out from behind one. If you can’t or won’t obey the 5 MPH speed limit you will want to find another park to visit. Speed limit applies to all wheeled vehicles.
