Please Read


  • All cancellations are subject to a $5.00 cancellation fee, 48 hr. notice is required. For all cancellations with less than 48 hr. notice, a one (1) night fee will apply. No refunds provided after the scheduled arrival date.
    Reservation balance is paid in full upon check-in.
    Guests that decide to leave early will forfeit payment for remainder of stay.

  • Holiday cabin reservations must be paid in full 2 weeks in advance and require 1 week cancellation notice, for cancellations with less than one week notice entire deposit will be forfeited.

  • RV/Tent check-in is 2:00 PM

  • Cabin check-in is 4:00 PM

  • Check out time is 11:00 AM.

  • Sewer Adapter required to dump in our septic! DO NOT dump without one!

  • Do Not pull vehicles into tent sites!

  • Quiet time is from 10 pm to 7 am.

  • Please notify us of any problem with the facility.

  • Pets are welcome but we do ask that you follow these rules for the safety of all guests. Pets must be kept on a leash at all times when outside of RV or Camping Unit. Pets must be cleaned up after immediately. Pets are not to be left unattended and must be kept in your unit after dark. No more than two (2) pets are allowed per site. You may be asked to leave the park if these rules are not followed or if your pet disturbs others or exhibits aggressive behavior.

  • If you plan a trip into the mountains, let us know where you are going, and when you plan to return. Search & Rescue is not uncommon in this area. We need to know where and when to look.

  •  Build fires ONLY in fire pits. Firewood is for sale at the store.

  •  Thou shalt not pick the flowers.

  •  Dish washing sink in Laundry Room.

  •  Speed Limit 5 mph. Children, chipmunks, and other pedestrians have the right-of-way.

  •  Place all trash in plastic bags and place in dumpster. If lid wont close securely, use another dumpster.

  • Our neighbors include bears, elk, deer, cougars, coyotes and water snakes (they are not poisonous). They were here first – DON’T KILL THEM.

  • Ask about the best places to go and see and eat, and have a magnificent stay.
